Question Time for Gardeners

Bring your questions for our select panel of garden experts - perhaps ones on winter colour and spring gardening...
We are delighted to have a panel made up of Micky Little, Angela Morley, Chris Inchley and Christo Nicolle
Micky Little, Avon Bulbs

Micky Little is an experienced horticulturalist of the renowned and multi-award winning nursery, Avon Bulbs, located near South Petherton.  In the past, he has been head gardener at National Trust property Castle Drogo.  Micky travels the country using his expertise to give lectures and provide advice.   He is also responsible for naming the fabulous Galanthus 'Jack in the Green',  which was found amongst a swarm of G. elwessii, noted for its unusually bright glossy green leaves and two marks on the inner segment.  ​​​

Chris Inchley, Gardener, Kilver Court Gardens

​Chris Inchley, pictured above, has worked as a gardener at Kilver Court Gardens, Shepton Mallet, since 1983.  Chris has been integral in the garden's design and upkeep since he joined over 3 decades ago and has amassed a considerable amount of horticultural knowledge and know how.
Angela Morley, Angela Morley Garden Design
​Angela Morley BSc (Hort) Dip. PSGD is an experienced plantswoman and lecturer who designs and builds wildlife friendly gardens and creates sculptural willow art across Somerset and Dorset.

“Understanding the locality and working with nature is the best way to achieve low maintenance, bio-diverse, wildlife friendly and sustainable gardens”.
Her sculptural willow weaving is a response to nature and uses a wide range natural materials.
